Kan. abortion rules spur fear over patient privacy
Supporters of the new rules said such concerns are unfounded because state law contains protections against information about patients from becoming public.

Governor Brownback announced today that certain abortions will be legal if they are performed at either (or both) the football stadiums at KU or KSU during halftime with a radio announcer describing the proceedures.
The entire Kansas GOP legislative body immediately supported Brownback saying that "This is as close as any of us will ever get to sex."

Considering Kline was found to have had photo copies of the records he had subponed in his possession while he was D.A. for Johnson County why would should Kansas be trusted to properly handle medical records. Whose to say that as long as the medical record hard copy is still on the property that a photo copy isn't in someone's brief case somewhere.
