That is why I got the hell out of Facebook, they say they don't share the people's information / data by default (which I know is a lie).

They have a lot of security holes in their credit card processing areas too for their apps section.

Facebook makes it harder than hell to actually shut your account down for good. The reason why they do this is that they will no longer make (active) money on you for reselling your information to data miners or criminals (they swear that it's all legitimate biz but really now).
