"CALIFORNIA MAY START TRACKING HIV PATIENTS BY NAME" unfortunately, i guess there is not monitor to keep people on track with the suppossed posting. and you, second chance, have much too much time on your hands. take your hate to a hater's forum, and give comment only when it is applicable to the topic, please.
your beliefs, however clouded, should be respected. but you really do not need to throw them up like this.
'judge not lest ye be judged'.
You're absolutely right, but wrong about one important point: Second Helpings beliefs are not to be respected. He/She/It is a ghoul who hides behind the flowing robes of his "savior". If only the dink even had one!

Stupidity and hatred are not beliefs...they are, as Seconds so ably demonstrates, simply a "chosen lifestyle"....

Just wondering...why hasn't someone tatooed you upside your head? It would read: "STUPID IDIOT HERE". Or have they already? You seem to wear it proudly...

Look, LA Idjut, HIV does kill, true. But so does ignorance. Ignorance like yours kills hundreds of millions of people, just a little slower...and as you proove, there is no cure....not even your few pointless seconds of notoriety on the internet.

Second Thoughts, go back to "GOD" hallucinations and keep your insanity to yourself. If people such as you would not have been so greedy with your hospital stocks. Maybe the blood would have been tested properly and the epidemic would not exist. You obviously know nothing of the illness or you would not exhibit such ignorance. I'd say the majority of infected got it from unsafe medical behavior, not sex behavior. Your a dolt, Second Thoughts, you and your ignorance partner SWP4LIFE. There is no god, I can prove that before you can prove there is one. Also more people have died in the name of god, than for any other reason in history. People like you ought to have to wear a muzzle.

I won't claim to be a Dr, but I do know this much...that AIDS can kill and that AIDS is a rather slow and painful way to go. In these very different times we live in, I'd rather know who the hell I'm dealing with, rather than end up on a death bed. A good buddy of mine passed away from AIDS a few years back from contracting AIDS from someone he thought he was in love with, and someone he thought was truly in love him. But both of those turned out to be utterly false, and in the end my good friend (R.I.P.) discovered that he had gotten the virus because she intentionally gave it to him and she knew that she already had it (bitch). As I've said before, the times are much different now, and people that aren't immediately in my circle, I do not trust. I'm a single man, mainly because I do not want a relationship. I like to go to clubs, and I like to go to parties and have fun, and I wouldn't want this same bullshit that happened to my friend happen to me. So in opinion, if people can get their IP addresses checked by random organizations and get their privacy invaded that way with the majority of people not really caring, then I seriously do not care if they sacrifice the privacy of a few for the majority. I just wished they talked about this before he met that bitch.

If they want the government to fork out millions of dollars to invest in research to find a cure for a disease they wouldn't have got had they kept their pants zipped up, then they need to fulfill the criteria that the government sets forth. They were free to not give out the names if they were willing to have the government funding to stop...it was their choice.
I am sorry but I contracted the virus from a man who was angry at the world for getting sick and decided to sleep with as many people as he could and not tell anyone he had HIV. While some stupid govermental policy of tracking those infected may have stopped him we cannot support this, this does not just affect those who are doing something wrong, we would soon not be able to change job's without risk of not being able to get new health insurance, could have people looking at this registry and calling the people whose names are on it, there are all kinds of reason's to keep the goverment out of our healthcare.

i believe that you have hit the nail on the head with this post. this is about health and life insurance. if you are on the list you would be able to get neither and would be at risk of having current policies canceled.

I think it is a great idea that California may start tracking HIV patients by name. California should also post those names on a HIV list on the internet with addresses as a public service for the community like they do for rapist, child molestors, and other such perverts. Wouldn't you like to have information like that at your figertips if a person got interested in another person for a fling? In fact, both people could check each other out on the internet before they committed for a fling or a lifetime together.
I think they should keep a data base of penis size too. I'd like to be able to check out that sort of thing online before I jump in the sack with someone. I'm tired of men lying to me and telling me they're well endowed only to be disappointed later when I find out it's more like a j!mmy [email protected] sausage link. I mean really, lets just keep track of everything while we're at it.

Interesting observation. I wondered the same thing. Those two sound so very similar in attitude as well. Could it be the typesetting that makes their posts look so alike?

I know what you mean. Give me a kilbasa - no jd link for me. I like em thick too. I noticed Shane/Seconds/WTF is always asking if people are thick. Maybe if such a database existed he could just look em up.

Yes, I think Shane/Seconds/WTF would find something like that very useful. He seems very interested in other peoples size/thickness for some reason. On a scale of jd link to kilbasa where do you think he falls?

Stand for goodness, wasn't judging anybody. God himself says in Romans chapter 1 that "they received IN THEMSELVES, THE DUE PENALTY OF THEIR ERROR. mEN WITH MEN COMMITTING INDECENT ACTS. Speaking against something is not judging. It's simply disagreement but the sympathizers of gays and lesbians love to pervert the truth by saying don't judge, Jesus wouldn't like that. It's a big buzz word to make it sound like the Christian is really judging when they are not.

I'm against child porn. Does that mean i'm judgmental? DUH, get a life. If cry and bitch about needing more money for research. Hell, if it were not for aids, there probably would have been a cure for diabetes, or types of cancers. Gays are sucking the system dry along with all the illegals and I won't even begin to touch on the insurance issues. stay out of our schools, we don't need your sex ed fornication prophets brainwashing 1st and 4th graders, but we can thank the schools for their demented way of thinking to accept such trash. All in the goal to disrupt the family.

Congress should ban all sex ed teaching because most of it should be consider child endangerment talking to 1st graders. 7 yr olds, 10 yr olds learning about how to wear comdoms. that should be a crime. If any one of us would approach a young child like they do in the classroom, we would be taken off to jail. sympathy....one day you'll have no sympathy at the judgement

I can't believe people sometimes. I was on the internet doing research for a HIGHSCHOOL paper on the HIV database and came across this forum. It's so scary to me that the "adults" of this country can be such idiots. First of all, so many people in this thread have seemed to lose track of the topic. CALIFORNIA'S HIV NAMES DATABASE! I don't know where this went wrong but so many rants on here are about God and morals. This has nothing to do with your personal beliefs. It's about LAW. So take your religious crap somewhere else or shove it up your ass because we don't care. Second, HIV also has nothing to do with homosexuals, because the majority of people with HIV and AIDS are heterosexuals. Yes, some homosexuals do have HIV...and so does every other kind of person. HIV didn't even start in the gay community. And lastly, many of you are saying things like, you'd be happy to that these names were collected so you'd know who has it, but fact is that this database is CONFIDENTIAL, so no one can see it except select medical staff. I don't like the idea of this database because the names aren't needed for prevention, all it will do is endanger the privacy of patients.
Can we all try to keep in mind that this isn't a moral battle, it's people who are suffering with a disease, this is people's LIVES, and people dieing while government bickers about if we should give more money to fund it. That's sad.

the only thing that i'd ad to your wonderful post is that the data base would also be available to providers of both health and life insurance. based upon the hiv/aids listings in the database they could deny much needed insurance coverage. there is no charitable reason for this list, believe me.
