In a sense they do, yes.
Pro-American bonzos on Topix report to the CIA and FBI every day whenever you criticize the U.S. Most of them are not on the Fed's payroll but a few probably are. It is up to the Fed's or CIA to decide whether to take them seriously or not. It depends on if they're bored or if they're new on the job.
But don't worry. The chances of you getting tossed in the hoosgow for doing nothing is pretty slim. Just watch out for sudden signs of cancer.
I used to do term jobs for a national security related government agency for my country. I knew enough of how things are generally done in government sector and private sector companies to keep my work and private stuff separate. I would suggest you don't send private naked picture emails using your work computers, or browse internet pornography, buy/sell your own investments, play online games, stalk former girlfriends/wives, post on government disapproved web sites. Not just the USA, all countries, governments, corporations, NGOs IT spy on their own staff. Don't type offensive topics at a company work station, unless you like to get disciplined or fired.

Did either of you even bother to read the article?

Well, I know Horse Manure didn't read it. Any excuse will do for him to bash the US with his delusional rants, even when the thread has nothing to do with the US.
Common Sense Not Common

#7 Mar 25, 2013
People tell me common sense is not common. That means some people are dumb. I often wonder how people so untactical, unmachiavellian, non strategic can survive long in this world. I have met people of the slow kind. I like to play strategy games with them and observe their reactions and body language. I like to size them up psychologically. I know which people are no challenge and which ones could be an obstacle. Knowing where all their mental buttons are is half the goal.

Yes, the mentally dumb should be instructed on how, when, and where to do things. They obviously can not wipe their own ass after they take a shit. It is beyond them. The smart should rule over the not so smart, that is the natural order of things. You can't let some mental midgets run things! Imagine the screw ups and blockages they will cause.
