This is what the Americans call "transparency".
They keep telling China to be transparent and Australia keep parroting the same lecture to China.

LOL!.....China - transparent ? Never anywhere close to it. It's a nationalistic, propaganda driven, anti-internal-freedom behemoth.

Australia - USA can do what they like concerning their relations. It's been this way for nearly a century. Australia, the Pacific and SE/E Asia "wants" a continued Pax Americana. Your arguments are pointless.

Meanwhile China, enjoy your trade with USA and the rest of the world. Maintain the peaceful status quo in the Pacific. Explore more political freedoms within and become true friends with the world instead of trading partners. Don't waste any more billions on massively ramping up your "peaceful" war machine.

The wu mao dang failures are at it again.

Those assclowns actually were stupid enough to ask why clandestine services aren't transparent? Bwahahahahahahahahahahaha!

Why is the internet censored in China?
Why are textbooks censored in China?
Why is free thought and speech restricted in China?

What is the Ministry of State Security?
(The MSS is divided into bureaus:
First Bureau: Domestic Affairs
Second Bureau: Foreign Affairs
Third Bureau: Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan
Fourth Bureau: Technology
Fifth Bureau: Local Intelligence
Sixth Bureau: Counterintelligence
Seventh Bureau: Circulation
Eighth Bureau: Research (China Institute of Contemporary International Relations)
Ninth Bureau: Anti-Defection and Countersurveillance
Tenth Bureau: Scientific and Technological Information
Personnel and Education Bureau
Supervision and Auditing Bureau)

Why don't they behave in a transparent manner?

What is the ROCMP?
Why don't they behave in a transparent manner?

When China opens up the financial books, we'll talk about what we are doing in Australia. LOL!

Aye, just as the missile defense system is not aimed at the Russians. So the next time US ask for transparency, give them the same silly answer that even 5 year old won't believe. Oh wait, they just did.

"However, she described the aircraft carrier as something long anticipated and said the U.S. expected China to offer further explanations of its future use as part of steps toward greater transparency in the 2.3 million-member People's Liberation Army."

Further explanation? Let's say, playing hide and seek? There, full transparency.

Of course they are. Why did they wait so long to base troops in Australia?

Australia has had USA troops based here since the 1950's, they were based here when Woomera was in operation and since have been based in the NT and WA at a number of establishments. They have trained and exercised with Aus troops in the country and at sea since WW2. Aus troops train and do varying exercises with many different countries defence forces, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, NZ and China to name a few in our area.

We are friends with all countries, as long as they stay our friends.

Some new developments:
1) US pressured Australia to sell Uranium to India.
2) US tried but fail to get India, Australia and the United States to form a Trilateral military Alliance.
If we look at the big picture it becomes clear that USA is targeting China.

Tell me honestly, is USA targetting China, in your view?
No?
Why go around accusing me of making propaganda when u actually agree with me?
Is it because u feel that when USA tells us a lie u have the duty to spread it for them?

Perhaps we should not take your silly needling little intrusions seriously until you admit that you are a Chinese Troll.

Admit that you are one of thousands of Trolls paid by Chinese authorities to interfere with discussion on Western message boards to destabilize exchanges of observation and opinion.

Are you a "50-center" or has your paid rate per post gone up?

If some Chinese understand English, why can't all local ordinary Chinese access this site in China ?

Answer: The Golden Shield (The Great Firewall of China) restricts truth and information in China. Plus, 50,000+ Chinese Internet monitors trawl the web for signs of local dissent, or access to information that puts the CCP at a disadvantage.

"Local, ordinary" Chinese can and do access this site and the Chinese firewall does not stop them from doing so. What sends them away is the limited mentality of the bigoted xenophobes who are polluting this BBS by making puerile statements about Chinese firewalls and the CCP but are totally ignorant about modern China and are determined to stay that way.
