Great bust. Keep the scum out of the area as much as possible. The sad thing is there are other "Dwaynes" ready and willing to make the "dope/drug" buck. Sadder yet is the customer. Life will give you the needed high without the dope. DOPE!

so sad ! and to think people would wast good hard earnded money for this crap , take away from their house bills food or car payment , just not adults teenager's as well doing pot and it is so unreal ! i know we can not shelter our kids but with people like dwayne dont make is easy on teenager's that are strugglen with pressure ! when iwas growing up thing's sure was not as bad as they are today with drug's! great bust keep up the good woprk and keep scum off out street's , my hat is off to the officer's that help keep our street's a better place and safer for our kid's

For the deluded previous poster(s), without the "War on Drugs", our CIA and DIA (to name but two) would be having a tough time with all their black ops, and, without the "drug money laundering" done by banks worldwide, the financial system Would have crashed.
Start educating yourselves. Start with the Bank of Credit and Commerce International, but watch out, you'll find out some of your favorite politicos have been involved for years....

Dwayne, a low-level drug dealer. Too much competition in Philly. Dwayne thought he could avoid being whacked by getting out of the city.
