Undocumented immigrants would be able to seek legal status without first going home under a compromise framework floated Monday by a bipartisan group of senators.

Get on numberusa.com Fax, email, yell, scream, call! We can't let this happen!

The thing that is stomach turning my stomach is looking at the NJ senator Menendez who is being investigated for hiring under aged prostitutes in the Dominican Republic. He is also the senator who had the illegal alien "volunteer" in his office who is a convicted pedophile in his country. They say he has been arrested, but he has been released as well. No deportation orders that I have heard of! This is insane!!!!!!!! Do Something!!!!!

How about part of the shot arse compromise be that the illegal aliens not seek any type of financial assistance for at least five years!!!

They owe us this one! Can you imagine 11 million self entitled people really getting a whack at welfare? According to the Centers for Immigration Studies, at least 70% of mexican illegal alien familes receive some type of welfare!!!

I agree with you totally. I am a legal immigrant who has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on my business and part of my application was that myself or my wife and kids were not entitled to any benefits!! It is a fair comprimise.

It is time to Embrace the Disgrace American's earned when we allowed 12 Million foreigners to illegally invade and colonize our Country.

The good news is that Calif and most of the other pitiful "Blue States" will suffer most. Chain Migration will add 15 million new peasants using Family Reunification provisions.

Il and Mass will each add at least 8 million benefit and service starved unassimilating peasants in addition to the ones here already. And, with NO jobs for them.

You and your children will pay and pay and pay the price for failing to defend our own Country. Cowardice on this scale should be expensive.

We must reward them with citizenship. We have no choice.

It's time. Re-electing Obama proved our citizenship means nothing to the majority of us. Not much positive to look forward to anymore so might as well let every one in without restriction. To be fair we send scores of C17's to Africa to bring millions more in the interests of "Social Justice"!

Then they won't be able to make it on the wages they are getting paid now. Then we will need a new flood of illegals to do the jobs the illegals of today do. Yippee!!!

Rubio and McCain mentioned in the new policy's they will NOT allow chain migration to continue. Hope the house reads the fine print. We simply cannot afford this. We should tally up the cost's and send the bill to Calderon or the drug Cartels running Mexihell.

I'am a democrat and why should they cry? This is not law. This is just the senate's wish list. This bill has to go to the republican controlled house, where they will kill it. Americans don't want any amnesty.

I don't know why they are showing this off as if it's a law. House Republicans will attach amendments to it like closing down the 14th amendment birthright loophole for one example if they just don't kill the bill.

It won't pass the house because they know there won't be any enforcement, just like in 1986:

May 2006

Failed Amnesty Legislation of 1986 Haunts the Current Immigration Bills in Congress

"Day in and day out, as the immigration debate boils, the halls of Congress are haunted by the specter of Senate Bill 1200, the failed amnesty legislation of 1986.

"President Ronald Reagan signed that bill into law with great fanfare amid promises that it would grant legal status to illegal immigrants, crack down on employers who hired illegal workers and secure the border once and for all. Instead, fraudulent applications tainted the process, many employers continued their illicit hiring practices, and illegal immigration surged.

Today, senators who hope to put the nation's illegal immigrants on a path to citizenship say they have learned from the past. But some members of Congress and former immigration officials fear history will repeat itself.

Even some who favor legalization warn that the current bill, which requires illegal immigrants to submit affidavits, rent receipts and other documents as proof of eligibility, may fuel a wave of fraudulent documents and applications."

Republicans have rolled over like dogs after the realization that they need the Hispanic vote. It's not finalized yet... but I believe it will be. And so do the anti-posters on this thread crying about it.

XXI CENTURY ( Amnesty 2013 )

I am in favor all undocumented people in this country (amnesty) but I wanna explain , USA do not need 12 milhon undocumented in this country:

A) to pay in-come tax,

Note: USA print money every day, milhons, and milhons

B) to be a labor productive.

Note: USA can buy whatever they wanna.

c) to go to the army.

Note: USA have NUKEs.

D) never say " they can not deport 20 milhon...... "

Note : USA " yes they can "

So, by 27 years undocumented people in this country are like white mouse in the lab,(1986-2013), check this out:

1) they had showed what happens when you PASSED AMNESTY BILL (1986 republican Regan president ) without employers enforcement ( if they contract somebody without properly documents)

Note: 1986 -- Bill gates, Apple, linux or NASA did not have many tecnology that we have today, funny :-)

2) 27 years with illegal entry by south border means a huge black market for dirt guys.

A) smuglers
B) illegal guns
C) Money wash
D) prostitution
E) slave labor
F) desistabilization on mexico governament
G) human trafic

Note: many more, to open a big hole in american economy. I forget about those guys with expire visas.

3) scapegoat by Republicans at all american elections.. Just to promote bad guys in our powerfull body ( governament )

Now is time to fix this broken system , because many people death, sofer and cry just to enrich a few, bad busyness without a lider.

Thanks

You do know how the government works don't you? There is the pro illegal alien senate and the republican controlled house. If this bill is not killed in the house it will have so many amendments attached to it the senate might kill it themselves.

One amendment i hope goes on it is, kill the birthright citizenship Loophole.

They do not need the Hispanic vote. 58% of Hispanics live in California and Texas. That leaves 42% over 48 states. We are talking about 10% of the total vote even if they all vote democratic. 5.8% over 2 states 4.2% of the total vote over 48 states.

BTW, the popular vote is not what counts. Since Hispanics are the group who are least likely to vote and assimilate their votes won't mean much. They have to spread out cross the country but they won't because they like living on the border and speaking Spanish.

I know latinos both with papers and without papers. The ones that got the papers are still doing the same jobs but they are allowed to travel to their country. Not letting illegals benefit from welfare won't be a problem for them as they are hard working people anyway. And giving them papers won't hurt America as they would start paying taxes and spend more money here. Now most of them don't wanna buy stuff here since they don't know what's gonna happen the next day.
