Right, because you know more than the Supreme Court Justice- who was asked to write the opinion of the other Supreme Court justices.

Funny: you still don't know the difference between slander and libel.

Yes, in FACT, I do know more than Scalia when it comes to the Second Amendment. And, I can PROVE that I do.

If the Supreme Court Justices thought they could rewrite the 2nd amendment why didn't they? They ruled we can have as many guns, and as much ammo as we think we need. Millions of new gun owners since the President was worn in. I wonder why? People did the same thing when Clinton was President. It is because when there is a Democrat President there is always the chance they will grab the guns. So you give the government a couple and hide the rest. Especially if the government is as stupid as the clowns we have in Washington D C right now.

I'm not the one who is confused.

Like Justice of the Supreme Court Scalia says: I understand "the right secured by the Second Amendment is not unlimited."

Most Americans would be horrified if they knew the NRA insists people have (they say) a right to carry assault weapons into public places- even schools.

I think it is a mental defect.
Why don't you show some courage and tell me which police dept you are employed at ? Why do you hide your employment from me ? Do you tell people you support the 2nd amendment ?

The 1938 German Weapons Act[edit]
The 1938 German Weapons Act, the precursor of the current weapons law, superseded the 1928 law. As under the 1928 law, citizens were required to have a permit to carry a firearm and a separate permit to acquire a firearm. Furthermore, the law restricted ownership of firearms to "...persons whose trustworthiness is not in question and who can show a need for a (gun) permit." But under the new law:
Gun restriction laws applied only to handguns, not to long guns or ammunition. The 1938 revisions completely deregulated the acquisition and transfer of rifles and shotguns, as was the possession of ammunition."[4]
The legal age at which guns could be purchased was lowered from 20 to 18.[5]
Permits were valid for three years, rather than one year.[5]
The groups of people who were exempt from the acquisition permit requirement expanded. Holders of annual hunting permits, government workers, and NSDAP members were no longer subject to gun ownership restrictions. Prior to the 1938 law, only officials of the central government, the states, and employees of the German Reichsbahn Railways were exempted.[4]
Jews were forbidden from the manufacturing or dealing of firearms and ammunition.[4]
Under both the 1928 and 1938 acts, gun manufacturers and dealers were required to maintain records with information about who purchased guns and the guns' serial numbers. These records were to be delivered to a police authority for inspection at the end of each year.
On November 11, 1938, the Minister of the Interior, Wilhelm Frick, promulgated Regulations Against Jews' Possession of Weapons. This regulation effectively deprived all Jews living in those locations of the right to possess firearms or other weapons.[6][7]
So you confirm that the group in power abused that power to completely disarm the "other group" that they wanted to control and exterminate. Whenever one group successfully disarms another group, the disarmed group is defeated, subjugated and becomes the "controlled" group.......in other words...slaves. There's ONLY one reason for a government to attempt to disarm it's citizens.....to make them easier to "control". Thanks so much for proving that point.

In think Texas the only places we have these types of public are in the metropolitan areas. The rest of us just wait for them to do more than talk. We buy ammo and wait.

And it's not just in Texas either. There are MILLIONS of us that are buying/reloading ammo and waiting. Including many current and former military and police. A fact which gives those in 'power' some definite reason to pause.

They thought we were all ignorant 'hicks'. And they're going to learn that we have much more wisdom than they do. And that the Lord God, whom they've perversely tried to eliminate, is on our side.

For all the Second Amendment advocates who insist the frequency of mass shootings rests solely with the lack of mental health services, please remember it was the GOP under Ronald Reagan who reduced federal funding for these services by 50% when he entered office in 1981. He reversed legislation passed and signed under Jimmy Carter just the year before and the number of untreated mentally ill rose precipitously in the following years. NONE of us contend ANY such thing. The common thread in the VAST MAJORITY of mass shootings is psychotropic drugs. Which our perverse government has done NOTHING about. EVEN THOUGH THERE IS A MASSIVE AMOUNT OF PROOF.

Every mass shooting over last 20 years has one thing in common... and it's not guns

Nope.

The common thread would be the bullet wounds.

There is a mass shooting every two weeks, on average.

What they have in common is: bullet holes and gun gnutters.
