It's all corporate welfare and crony capitalism aimed at transferring wages that go to community and instead to off-shore shareholders and lucrative sinecures for Board members such as Nick Greiner.

Your choice Australia, keep the fat cats at Potts Point in the manner of their keeping and swallow the fairy tale cocktail of the Murdoch Media Press-titutes. Conforming to bashing your own kind, the little guy, who actually is doing work for the public or cop it sweet when you receive crud called service that some corrupt business dishes up because they paid the Liarble Party bribes called campaign donations.

I guess you missed the Queensland Public Submissions Report where Labor & the unions have been all hush hush over the fact they HAD STARTED going around to offloading 41,753 public servants?

Congrats to the 5,000 that said yes & got the worlds best redundancy package just before Bligh lost the election.

I guess there's 27,000 public servants who still have a job glad Newman won the election.

It's off the ALP Broadcasting Service - ABC.

s*cks to be you now socialist retard. Would you like it off Fairfax press? Oh sh*t - they say the same.

The LNP have obviously been sitting on this to use after the budget to make the ALP look like the foolish organisation they are. And it worked. Even the Fairfax journo's are sharpening their pencils over this one.

See what I mean ... ALP just have comeback to this. They & Unions have deceived the people of Queensland.

Pity Newman is so kind because I'd strip the ALP of all party privileges over this deceitful act of treason.

tsk tsk tsk

You just can't argue with the truth can you. Just like the ALP - throw something irrelevant into the arguement.
Go to Fairfax.com .au - link to Brisbanetimes.com .au. OH SH*T.

I love Blighs lie - I sold $15b in assets to save jobs and not have to go on savage job cutting spree like the LNP. BWAHAHAHAHA
Read it all at Fairfax media.

I don't know why I wasted my time really, so I checked,

http://www.smh.com.au/queensland/amid-health-...

So, the figure quoted above by chefboy812 (which anyone with half a brain knew was not possible) as targeted by the ALP was 41,753 and so much worse than the vile creep Newman was making redundant of 5,000.

Then some how chefboy812 claims "..I guess there's 27,000 public servants who still have a job glad Newman won the election"

BUT 5000 + 27,000 = 32,000 of total public servants prior to any redundancies. So, how could the ALP sack 41,753 public servants, a figure larger than than number of public servants that existed?

... while the article says 3,976.

Only out by a factor of 10 but...... hey, it's the principal of thing- RIGHT!!!!

OMG you are stup*d - actually I apologise to stup*d people because you are way worse.
Queensland has 220,000 + public servants. Where the hell did you get we got 32,000 public servants??? you got your hands up your *ss?

As YOU quote from FAIRFAX MEDIA Bligh was going to get rid of 41,000.
Newman is getting rid of 14,000 (where did you get 5000 from??- it says 14,000 in article id*iot)

41,000 - 14,000 = 27,000.

ALP was going to get rid of (as you quote) 3976 health workers - LNP is getting rid of just under 4000. Seems the same people are going to loose out.

Seriously id*ot research before making an *ss of yourself.
