Bev Hollingowrth favored a statewide income tax the last time she ran for Senate in 2000, and when she ran unsuccessfully for her party's nomination for Governor in 2002. Does she still favor a state income tax? Even Jeanne Shaheen and John Lynch have consistently opposed a New Hampshire state income tax, and throughout their terms as governor promised to veto any such proposal. Will she promote such a tax if elected to the State Senate this time like she did just 10 short years ago?
