Can Romney get back on track?

Sep 26, 2012 Full story: www.cnn.com 23

The past few days have been difficult for Mitt Romney. His setbacks include the release of a secret video in which he said 47% of Americans thought of themselves of victims; the news that his campaign is not as cash-stashed as some had anticipated; and the latest poll numbers that show President Barack Obama widening his lead in some swing states, including Ohio.

The smart money is betting on Obama to capture a second term, and it's easy to see why. He leads most major public opinion polls nationally and in the key swing states, and he has many more paths to a majority of 270 in the Electoral College...

He never left the track !!

People will READ into what he said during a political fundraiser way MORE than what was being said.

The spin misers are truly getting DESPERATE!

Dear Eleanore, truly, Romney was never on the track. And his choice of uber-meannie Ryan put Romney perpendicular to the track.

He is a grand looser. But he still is good looking.

IF Romney was the loser you think he is, how come Obama isn't UP in the polls by 15, 18, even 20 points across the board??

A truly GREAT President can run for re-election on his record.

Obama has to run by going to fundraiser, after fundraiser, after fundraiser.

Obama HAS hit greatness
AS the evil

He thinks that soothing words and apologies will calm those who despise us
He thinks that our friends will take condemnation and backstabbing with grace and humor

He thinks that insults and oppressive governance will be taken in stride and even embraced

He thinks that condoning divisiveness is unity

Obama?
Great?

I'm on track!

I just told the truth as my acolytes have stated on this very forum. I just don't like working people. I don't like poor people either. I like the folks I hang with at the country-club. I like rich people.

I like beautiful people. I don't like ugly people.

I have my magic underwear and it seems to be working. Because in reality, outside of my wealthy contemporaries....It's a wonder ANYONE outside of my class would vote for me.

I claim to love America....But I'm a draft dodger.

I claim to support this country......Yet,I'm a tax dodger.

I claim to be a job creator....But the truth is...as governor,Massachusetts ranked 47th in job creation under my leadership. Let's not forget,I love giving out pink slips to American workers and sending American jobs overseas in order to collect multitudes of millions in fees.

If you're Joe SixPack.....I'm gonna screw ya!! And royally!! But look at the plus side,at least I'm very handsome!!

My hair is perfectly sculpted and dyed. I spend more time at the salon than most women of the world.

My nails are expensively manicured. I spend more time having my nails done than 99.9% of American women.

I maintain a fabulous year round tan. I spend more time in the tanning bed than most porn stars,soft-core centerfolds, models and that guy on Baywatch.

I change my mind as often as the average teenaged girl..HA! My detractors are wrong!! I CAN relate to the average American!! The average teenaged girl that is!!!!

Vote for Mittens!!!

A man of wealth.

A man of taste.

A man of elegance.

A man of privilege.

A man of style.

Don't hate me because I'm beautiful!!

Help me to fulfill my greatest ambition!!

I want to be king!!

As opposed to the "veracity of Madcow, Olby, and Chuck Todd - Beck, Rush and FNC are paragons of Truth and Virtue

Face it, the MSM has become little more than the propaganda arm of the DNC, who do the bidding of George Soros

The "funniest" instance of the propaganda mill was when Obama, in promoting ACA, cited Factcheck as validating his wild claims. Factcheck, however, used OfA as their souce of validation. The MSM duly reported on the "efficiencies" of ACA. It was circular validation - a circlejerk. "A" makes an assertion, "B" cites "A", "A" cites "B", and the MSM validates them both?

The pity is, you don't even see how wacky your answers are.
Don't get you news from propagandists from either end; but the truth is, FOXLIES plays fast & loose with reality; and MSN gives straignt news, woith some of their commentators explaining through their own filters.

You ought not get news from any of them, as you are so imressionable.

The REAL pity is those who accept the MSM as Gospel

The MSM has become little more than the propaganda arm of the DNC
I don't rely on FNC, I look things up for myself (like the circular validation that I cited)
Much of what the MSM presents doesn't pass the tests of lucidity or coherency

Did anyone actually believe the Ben-ghazi/Stevens story passed off by the administration and MSM?
Since when do "protesters" show up with RPG's, mortars, and AK's with secret info (like the location of safe houses) and engage in coordinated attacks?
Stevens died of "fumes" or smoke inhalation?
In a pigs eye!
Smoke leaves sooty stains about the face, particularly around the nose and mouth. Stevens face was essentially clean! Suffocation, yes, but directly at the hands of the attackers!

Is it coincidence that when the MSM reports of political wrongdoing they skip Party identification when it's a Dem, but tale great pains to ID Repubs?

The MSM doesn't question and report, any more. They are becoming a part of the story. It was one thing have partisan news when the news openly proclaimed their bias. Now? The media, since the 30's, claims to be NON-partisan when they are in fact HIGHLY partisan. They forfeit their unbiased credentials, long ago

Try learning comprehension, Zippy

The MSM has been in the bag for the Left for so long that they couldn't recognize the truth if it hit 'em over the head

What was Walter Durant doing when Stalin was killing 8 million Ukrainians by famine during the 30s? He was extolling the excellent virtues of the Soviet system!

What was the media doing during the Bush-Gore FL recounts? Screaming about hanging chads and the popular vote. BTW, even the media's own recount showed that GW won the affected Counties, and the popular vote is NOT how we elect the Prez.

Where is the criticism of Obama's failures, obstruction, and Constitutional circumvention? Were a Repub to even contemplate some of the same crap that Obama has done, the press would call for crucifixion!

The press is giving an in-kind contribution to Obama by protecting and promoting him. They've not even pretending to be objective anymore.
