bars are privately owned PUBLIC establishments. Private clubs(bars)are allowed to have smoking if a majority of the membership votes for it. what if the owner of the establishment decided the 21 age limit is wrong and started serving to 18 year olds? Would that be ok?bars are private owned people have choices i dont smoke but what happened to our right to choose if people want to smoke than they should have that right the government is takink away all of our rights give them time and watch. when the current older generation is gone so to will the constitution go.
