Then how do you explain the fact that he disagreed with me when I pointed out how stupid the ban was?
Are you really as dumb as you always come across?
We have beat this horse just about to death little man. This is your lest chance, if you don't get it now, you never will and there is no point in continuing.
Most people disagree with you as you are a moron..........And a liar..........LOL

You claimed that Vern supported the ban on tubbing and that is a lie..........

It kills more people in a 12 hour period than guns do in a whole year......
But moronic liberals want to ban guns..........ROTFLMAO
Do you REALLY roll around on the floor nearly every time you post? That seems odd.

A pool of water a few blocks from Chico State College.
Investigators have identified the man found dead in Chico's Sycamore Pool earlier this week.

His body was found at the bottom of the pool in Bidwell Park early Wednesday morning.
Police said when they removed Early's body from the water it smelled of alcohol , and they are investigating the death as an accidental drowning.

This tragedy was sadly inevitable.

Question, does a body show signs of trauma, signs of a struggle, if the person that was "drowned" was to drunk to resist his attackers? You all know what I am suggesting?
Kids today need to be told not to trust their "buddies". Or just don't drink. Today's crimes so often have drugs involved do to the "prohibition game" law enforcement is profiting off of.
How many "accidents" on the railroad tracks does the sheriff/"coroner" look or find ice pick holes in the students bodies in combination with alcohol?
Chico is no longer a haven of safety.
My Dad years ago fought against combining the Coroners office within the Sheriffs office. The authorities said at the time it was to save money. Well I suspect otherwise. Now days cops are doing a lot of unethical practices all around our nation. I believe it is my opinion there needs to be a "third" party investigating all these "sadly predictable deaths".
Who are you going to call, who are you going to trust?
Chico has a transient problem for nameable reasons. The first being they get a subsidy check the city shares in, right mayor?

Oh My GOD!
Do you have memory deficiencies or what?
I started off this thread by saying it was a stupid idea to ban tubing because one person died.
Vern disagreed with my post.
And You can't remember that. LOL.
Once again you are too stupid to read before you open your mouth and insert your hooves.........LOL

If you were not so stupid and read this you will see that his words are contained in these funny little things called quotation marks..........
"and"

Then my comment to each line of his is posted right after it.........

"But there are more risks with these activities you mentioned. "

All Vern said here is that there are more dangers than you are thinking.....LOL

"How much harm should come from tubing down a river with friends? "

Here Vern asked a question..........LOL

"Add several thousand and alcohol then you have a major problem. "

Here Vern said that lots of people drinking can increase problems......LOL

"The big picture is a young life was wasted. He could have amounted to something or someone. Judging from the out-pouring of searched I'd say he was well liked. My heart goes out to his family."

Here vern said it was a shame that a life was lost..........LOL

So village liar......Tell us where he said he supported the ban like you lied and claimed????

I sure am glad they do not lock people up for being stupid, only "doing" stupid.
I am worried though that debtors prisons will soon become a tool of the "evil" ones. When that happens the nation will need to be fenced in.

By alluring to the negative or positive aspects of a given subject one does advocate (implies) their position.

"Alluring" I think you meant 'alluding'.

And If I say the world is round and you disagree with me. The implication is that you do not think the world is round.

If I say I think banning tubing is a stupid idea and Vern disagrees with me, the implication is that he does not think it is a stupid idea.

I have, you have. You are a broken record. Isn't it embarassing to go on and on and on for days across all threads on a subject as insignificant as this.

Remember the subject of the original thread was a tubing ban which you and I both agree is a stupid idea. and you have been going on and on for days on end about whether or not Vern thinks it is a stupid idea. LOL

You surely are a pathetic little man.
