Judge refuses to throw out charges against BP engineer

A federal judge has refused to throw out one of two obstruction of justice charges an ex-engineer for energy company BP faces after the 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil spill.

‎Cherri Foytlin,Kindra Arnesen,& Michelle WhoDat Chauncey along with others were removed from the New Orleans Courtroom where the BP Oil spill settlement fairness hearing is taking place moments ago . Cherri was taken out of the courtroom in handcuffs and then told the reason for her removal was they were allegedly Live Streaming the trial to a website from inside the courtroom . An Allegation that all involved deny .. Kindra also said she was told that an officer inside of the court recognized them and asked that they be removed .. This is outrageous the victims of this travisty are being silenced by the court ..
