Yea, and the White House closed their investigation exactly ten years after the September 11th attacks?

O'Yeah!

It was an explosion all right.

I worked for the British, and believe me the Irish still hate them.

Good Luck.

This just in: oil prices go up and US consumers will pay. Just kidding, but seriously you don't actually think BP isn't going to pass this onto the U.S. consumers.

07Sep14.....While it is only fair that a major oil company such as BP ( British Petroleum for those of you who do not have a clue who BP is ) payUP its fair share of compensation for any faults occurring pertinent to drilling on any property no matter where in the WholeWideWorld, it should be noted that 25,000+ wells have been drilled in the Gulf of Mexico without one ( 1 ) mistake and / or accident.

It's very important to put things in proper perspective in such cases as the ' Horizon ' blowup.
When the Exxon Valdez grounded in Alaska and spilled several million litres of Crude Oil into the seas, Exxon ponied up and cover ALL costs of cleanup and in addition gave compensation to local fishermen that according to them....amounted to more than they would earn during the next 10 years. In addition. Exxon hired them to be included in the physical cleanup where they earned additional money over the next 3 years.

Of course, the environmentalists had a ' field day ' with this accident mainly because it pertained to Exxon ( the largest corporation in the WholeWideWorld - bar none - and the company making the most profits each year...leading the ' pack ' year after year. Now, when another ' oil spill ' happened off the coast of Scotland ( Shetland Islands ) several years later.....there wasn't a peep said about it. In fact, the general public don't even know it happened. Well it did, and because it did NOT involve a Major Oil Company.....the cockroaches and miscreants and hustlers weren't interested in reporting it. The oil spill pertained to a supertanker that was ' only transporting ' Crude Oil for a bunch of ' speculators ' and NOT owned by a Major Oil company. There was NO money in it and so, they just let it die. However, we in the Oil & Gas industry know all about it.
Again, countless tens of millions of dollars were spent to ' cleanup ' and compensate local
fishermen. Again, they earned more money than they would make in the following 10 years.

As an aside, the Oil & Gas business is the cleanest and safest business in the World. It provides
' millions ' of jobs in ALL countries in the world. It provides Job Positions to people and include
many, many perks that you won't find in other professions...such as high wages, great
accommodations, foodstuffs, transportation, and considerate rotational work schedules all
around the World. People who complain about the Oil & Gas Industry are Really & Truly nothing
more than schidt-for-brains and don't know their arse from a hole in the ground.

Ps:.....besides they are envious and much jealous of those that work in such a wonderful
industry.
