Jason was probably the most charasmatic and entertaining person I've ever met. Everytime I had plans to hang out with my beloved friend I looked forward to it because I knew I was in for a great time. I will sorely miss this man and would like to offer my condolences to all his family and friends. I love you J-dawg.

The world has lost a wonderful man, a dear friend and incredible father. I am simply heartbroken and will miss his smile, his humor, his heart; but will always have a piece of his spirit with me until we meet again... Love you Jay! May you live on through your beautiful daughter Carly.

My deepest sympathy to the Cohen family. I missed the obituary until now and there is no address so I hope that you read this. My daughter Gabrielle was a friend of Jason's. He put up the great fight and lost the war unfortunately. C'est la vie.

Jason is a friend of my boss Stuart Keiser. He has always spoke so highly of Jason from the day I started at Keiser almost 2 yrs ago. I have met Jason a couple of times he was always full of happiness. I talked to Jason several times on the phone at the office and he was just the nicest guy. He is really missed by our firm and I am really sorry about the loss. He will be remembered in a lot of great ways.

For those that did not know Jason, he was the type of person that don't come along very often...full of zest, full of pep, kind, funny, happy, full of life, flamboyant, un-selfish, smart... Just a GREAT guy. I can't believe I even have to type this. Jason, we love you and I wish I could have seen you.

How completely devastated I was to hear of Jason's passing. He was a wonderful human being. I have not seen Jason in several years but spent a lot of time with him and other friends several years ago. He was so full of love and happiness. He was always so positive, energetic, loving, charismatic, funny- funnier than anyone I have ever met. I will miss his wonderful spirit. I still can see his big smile!

My deepest condolences to Jason's whole family from someone who hasn't seen Jason in over 15 years. I went to highschool with Jason and spent crazy times in Ocean City with him and his brother and our other close friends and only remember him as a fun, caring, flirtatious, and great person to be around. I was devastated when a friend called today to tell me the sad news but was so pleased to read that Jason experienced such wonderful accomplishments and happiness in his lifetime. My best highschool memories include good times and good friends and he will always be a part of that.

Please accept my condolences. I met him when he lived in the City. He was always doing exiciting things, going fun places, planing wonderful events or having friends over. However busy he was he always took time to talk to my little girls. They thought the world of Jason. His knowledge on most subjects was amazing. Our conversations were always very intersting. I am very sorry we have lost such a wonderful person.

What can i say, i've known Jason since high school. I became close with him in 1995, when he graduated law school he asked me to be his accountant. He was my first business client as I moved to K & K in July of 1995. J was larger than life itself and always smiling. He was a special person who lived everyday like there was no tomorrow and I'm glad he did. I will miss the "Mack Daddy" there will never be another one!

As the year anniversary is tomorrow it is just like it was yesterday sitting around and always laughing when in Jay's company. I will miss him deeply and always remember his smile and personality and may his memory be a blessing to us all!

I have had good friends come in and out of my life over the years and Jason was certainly one of those friends. I enjoyed being around him - from the Bahamas to Aspen to Camden Yard and we always had a great time. See you later my man. QS

Jason,
We think about you often and talk about the great times we had. From the first day we met, you always looked out for everyone's best interest above your own. I am not sure we will ever meet another person who was so thoughtful, caring, and giving as you were. My only regret is that we could not talk one last time.
You are forever in the hearts of our family and will be greatly missed.

Rick and Angel
