She was not driving, find out the truth before you put lies out on internet. She was a passenger!

Get your facts straight before you print a story blaming the victim for the accident. Tawny was not driving the motorcycle she was a passenger. She did not lose her life because she lost control she lost her life because of a drunk driver.

No we don't know her BAC , it was an accident, where were their "friends" to stop them from leaving? Don't be so quick to blame

They might have both been drunk, I don't know nor care. Brandon Kays chose to drink and use drugs and now a little girl doesn't have a mother. I don't care if Tawny chose to get on the bike with him it doesn't make this right. Every person has to take responsibility for their actions. Hopefully others will remember this and not drink and drive nor ride with a drunk.

This is just sad. To judge a person.. If you weren't there, you have no idea what you're taliking about.

By the way. Get your facts straight. Brandon was NOT on drugs. Ignorance should not be pulished.

People make mistakes, and this was a huge one. Tawny was one of my best friends. But she loved her husband, and wouldn't want people speaking ill of him. He didn't take her out and shoot her point blank. Geezus.

You were not there. And if you were, why didn't YOU stop them. Pretty sure you weren't though, so you have no clue. People can't STOP an adult from making a decision. No one knew they were leaving. The bike was not parked in view, and two adults chose to leave a place without saying anything. This is a tragic situation, and I love Tawny very much. May she rest in peace free of judgement.

I understand everyone that knew Tawny and Brandon have their own personal feelings on this subject. I myself have very mixed feelings. There are many aspects to this situation, and everyone is entitled to feel the way they feel. No feeling on the subject are wrong. But judgement is. And facts should not be forgotten.

These were two of my closet friends... I just wish people would remember what a wonderful person Tawny was, and remember her reverently, and free of judgement. Thankfully, Tawny's daughter is in the loving arms of her grandmother.

What Brandon did was wrong, but who are we to judge him. He is falling apart and will have this on his conscience the rest of his life. They loved each other very much, and that is what should be remembered.

RIP Tawny, free of judgement or hatred. I love you!

Pixie that was beautifully said tawny was an amazing person who loved Brandon very much he is paying and will have this on his conscience for the rest of his life. There is blame to be placed everywhere but that won't change that a wonderful person died. People should show a little respect for her. Tawny my girl I miss u and wish u were here rip.

Obviously you DON'T know Brandon and just because he's a "Vago" doesn't mean he doesn't care. Tawny was his wife they loved each other so much and she wouldn't leave without him vice versa, YES this is a horrible mistake but he is torn up, this is hard for both families.
Tawny we loved you so much and glad we got to know you as long as we did you will always be a sister to me! R.I.P Tawny Kays!!!!!!!

All you have to do is go into San Bernardino County Courthouse records to find out what kind of man Brandon was supposively. Not a nice one, never has been unless he wanted something from you. Not surprised this happened to him.

Brandon has no criminal background whatsoever. If you're referring to his family court case, give me an example of a situation where an ex-husband/wife didn't have an issue with the other... Judging Brandon off of what you may have read, coming from a situation you were not a part of, takes us back to ignorance.

Let's keep in mind what matters here. Two people were lost in this, and not because of anything intentional.

Tawny loved her husband very very much. And if you were a friend of hers, you should remember that and respect her memory.
