And this wasn't also a predicted and observed effect (not just in urban areas) of the human-amplified greenhouse effect? As far as I can tell, WUWT is not a trusted source when it comes to climate analysis, considering that it's operator is a former TV meteorologist (not climatologist) who hasn't published any successfully peer-reviewed original climate research.
