Caracas shaken by quake, no injuries reported
The Venezuelan capital Caracas was shaken on Saturday by a 4.6 magnitude earthquake, though no injuries or major damage were reported.

The amount of gaga seen in Venezuela needs a buildup to a 7.6 to explain.
The only other reason for an outbreak of gaga that bad is an attempt to establish a North Korean style communist dynasty.
