Nice map .. but no article. Try this one instead:

This survey does not show any real change.

The difference here between the 2009 poll and this survey of the literature is that this 9136 to one is not just 'opinions' asked in an internet poll.

I suspect that the 3% of 'doubters' in the other poll was made up of climate scientists with mixed motives, some kids with their fathers login, etc.

The search of the literature is much more robust, and requires that opinions be backed up by actual research work. A much higher 'bar' to jump over.

The one place that SOME doubt is still possible (in a legitimate science paper) is cloud formation (not well documented) so the one Russian paper is legitimate, though I have to wonder how he is trying to deny the Enhanced Greenhouse Effect, which is confirmed by tens of thousands of papers that discuss the 'fingerprint' of AGW by looking at the effects in different regions by different methods to separate out causation. I do NOT think that clouds could possibly 'mimic' the effects of GHGs. And as noted in http://www.jamespowell.org/Avakyan/Avakyan.ht... the Russian author admits that he is NOT objective, but trying to 'manufacture doubt' for motives other than research.

Nevertheless there may be something worth looking into. Other research ( http://www.climatescience.org.au/content/680-... ) point to the cloud changes as an EFFECT of AGW induced evaporation rates. This will undoubtedly be 'hotly debated' by any researcher that specializes in cloud formation or global climate modelling.
