I live on ball hill road and right now the fires appear to be at the intersection of wheeler road and ball hill. The passageway underneath the railroad bridge where wheeler road is. My neighbor said the fire started due to the sparks that are created by the brakes of the train. I have seen emergency crews from Oakham, Upton, Grafton and Clinton as well as the surrounding towns.
