Floods submerged a rural village in Quang Nam Province's Dien Ban District on November 17. Heavy rains caused by tropical depression combined with water discharge from local hydropower dams killed 41 people and injured 74 in the central and Central Highlands regions last weekend.

Dam project it does helped corruption gangsters to full filler their pockets and their account,

but it does caused harming so much of Environment,

and human life were loser,

if putting both on the scale to balancing,, the DAM PROJECT WAS A WASTED,,NEED TO BE REFURBISHING THE DAM NOW,
