this area need a saftey system for floods, 2 people being killed recently at wilsons creek is the reason. hispanic people having a picnic beside class 3 and 4 flooded whitewater is not a good idea but they did it anyway and it resulted in 2 horrifying deaths. they need warning signs, sirens, and a legal system to control the rivers to only experinced swiftwater professionals.
