Schumer joins in flood aid push

Gov. Andrew Cuomo earlier said he'd call a special s ession to get flood recovery efforts going if the feds don't come through fast enough and now Sen. Chuck Schumer is in the fight, noting that he has called FEMA Administrator Craig Fugate urging that flood-stricken areas quickly be designated as emergency areas. Full Story

Someone needs to to something about getting aide ASAP. I have 4 properties damaged and no resources to to anything about the problem I am and will be paying thousands for the 2006 flood for the next 23yrs. Where will money come from to fix properties from this flood?
i HAVE 13 HOMELESS FAMILIES TO WORRY ABOUT.
