How many of the men deported with this guy died in jail as well? Why was the man incarcerated when he was repatriated?

How is it the USA's responsibility to protect Haitian citizens or citizens of any other country after they're returned home? What other governments do with citizens we deport isn't our call or our business. We have no right to interfere in the business of other countries, just as other countries have no business interfering in ours for any reason whatsoever.

The age of man is still in it's infancy. Many still have no sense of responsibility or accountability. I feel no sorrow for those that die who have no respect for anyone else other than themselves.

That's his problem. The US is not responsible for taking care of Haitians...or any other foreign nationals.

find out how much the us has stolen from haiti. Your Media and your goverment will never tells you that. if the media reveal it, that's call espionage according to your own laws. Remember the US occupied Haiti in 1915 to 1934 and took everything that we have without the knowledge of the american people. They kills our brothers and sister and rape our women and left us with nothing. Do you know anything about your gov and what imperialism mean. Please read and research more and you will fin out. Please try to find what the CIA stand for and you will discover a lot about your own gov.

Get back on your raft and leave Florida. We already have enough of a problem with our own negroes. We don't need to import criminals.

Why stop at Haitians? everyone who commits old and new "crimes" should be deported especially European descendents (e.g.) French, Spaniard, Grecian, Romanians, Turkish, Ireland, Russians, Germs, and the like....
Haitians paid there dues to America longtime already. Voluntarily, about 750 Haitian freemen fought alongside colonial troops against the British in the Siege of Savannah on Oct. 9, 1779. The role of Haitian soldiers in the battle had long been ignored. Your lying history books never told you that. Not only that... A Haitian, Jean Baptiste Point Du Sable was born in San Marc, Haiti, in 1745 came here and founded Chicago. Little do you self-righteous ignorant Americans know famine and government corruption is at your front door. 9/11, katrina, housing market crash, the collapse of the US dollar, etc. is just the beginning. I don't wish anything bad on anyone. But every dog will have it's day or as Malcolm X would say, "The Chicken has come home to Roost".

You need to educate yourself.
Start with WHY THE COCKS FIGHT: DOMINICANS, HAITIANS AND THE STRUGGLE FOR HISPANIOLA

The U.S. became involved because the Dominicans and Haitians had huge debts debts to mostly French and English creditors, whose governments had stationed warships off the coast of Hispaniola. The U.S. kept Haiti from being taken over again by p.o.ed creditors!

Why don't you spew this nonsense at the Dominican government?

Haitians were rounded up and killed. The military under the pretense of deportation would round up Haitians and hack them to death. Trujillo did not want them shot since only the army had guns and it would be obvious who did it. Bodies of Haitians washed ashore in shark infested waters. The official story was that Dominican pesants had an uprising against the Haitians who were stealing their cattle. Often the army did not even carry out the charade and killed Haitians in their homes. For anyone dark in the fields or streets the army would give them a language test. 49Holding up a sprig of parsley, Trujillo's men would query their prospective victims: " Como se llama esto?" What is this called? the terrified victim's fate lay in the pronunciation of the answer. Haitians have trouble pronouncing the Spanished trilled "r". Bad pronouncation results in death. The dominicans would later nickname the massacre El Corte, the Harvest: so many human beings cut down like mere stalks of sugarcane at harvest time.

Haitians are responsible for the conditions in Haiti. Haiti has a long history of corrupt rulers.

Even before Papa Doc became President of Haiti on October 22, 1957, martial law had settled on the country. A military junta took over after his election to make sure that terrorist attacks would not prevent him from taking office. Despite Duvalier's meek appearance, the doctor ruled unsparilngly, using states of siege and asssuming emergency powers to quiet constant unrest. He established a personal security force named after Tonton Macoute, Uncle Strawsack, the bogeyman who steals children from the Haitian countryside and stuffs them into his straw sack. The name Duvalier became synonymous with terror. The first people to leave Haiti under his dictatorship were called the "Boeing People," middle-class professionals and intellectuals who could afford airplane tickets ans qualify for U.S. visas. The poorest Haitians, like Jacques Pierre, left Haiti under contracts by which the Haitian government sold workers to the Dominicans.

Haitians abusing Haitians is the norm.

When Francois Duvalier died in April 1971, his nineteen-year-old son, Jean-Claude, became President for Life. Papa Doc's mysterious, austere ways disappeared, replaced by Baby Doc's lax, free-spending lifestyle. In 1980, Baby Doc married a rich mulatto divorcee, Michele Bennett, in a wedding that cost $3 million. The First couple's lifestyle was lavish:$50,000 monthly flower bills, Michele's frequent shopping trips, all financed by graft on an impressive new scale. Money flowed out of the government and into Duvalier bank accounts at the speed that blood had run under Pap Doc. The Central Bank, for example, paid a $100,000 "salary" to Michele each month. An International Monetary Fund monitoring team estimated that in December 1980 alone $20 million leaked out of state accounts into Baby Doc's hands.
