The school district better not try and use this disaster as a forum for a mill levy. It's called flood insurance, FEMA, etc. before taxpayer money which is already embedded in FEMA.

They school board is going to request a mill levy to initiate mandatory swimming lessons for all students.

Y'all avoid the floods and do like I did. Move to Beverly. Hills that is. Swimming pools. Movie stars.
