"The mandate is slated to ensure sufficient water stores through 2015."

Simple solution, Hey EnviroNazis, conserve water, DAM IT.

California does not have a water shortage, we have a serious intelligent water management shortage. Not building more storage, removing existing storage and excessive releasing of stored water prior to an expected dry year are why we are in the situation we are in today.

We DO have a drought and we do need to conserve water. But you can damn well bet that you water those sheep and keep all prettied up for your pleasure.

If it's brown, I flush it down. But, if it's yellow, I let it mellow.

Of course, BLB doesn't have to worry about that since he uses an outhouse.
