So, some architect got paid to dream up a dramatic two-tower complex. How many times have we seen these renderings, but the building never gets built. Or worse, like the old Press-Telegram building, the project gets started and then abandoned.

If the library is moved, I hope the old building is maintained as a place for bums to sleep, relieve themselves, and generally hassle each other. They should be banned from the actual library facility.
