Judge finds Bergen County detectives improperly questioned drug-overdose defendant
Detectives at the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office failed to honor a Mahwah man's request for an attorney during questioning last year, a judge said Thursday, ruling that the defendant's statement will not be admissible in court.

In any case he did have right to an attorney...maybe he is a dirt bag but if he requested one they should have waited
