doesn't matter anyway, it's not as if Obama can actually stop it at this point if it's really happening.
.
if you believe it IS happening, make a choice, sell your house and buy one well above sea-level, plant a good garden, and work to reduce your dependence on the grid.
.
if you DONT believe it's happening then carry on as you are.

Hydrogen is the future. Production via electricity generated from solar and wind and put straight into electrolysis. A simple reaction only water as a waste product, if you can call it that.

Oh how I like to produce hydrogen via electrolysis and capture it in a balloon and with a long broom handle and a bit of lit paper attached, safety goggles and ear muffs of course, light that balloon up to see a nice beefy bang and no pollution. oh it is marvelous.

I find it amusing that all these politicians keep sprouting they are going to do this & do that to 'fix' the climate.
The climate is not 'broken' to begin with, it's been changing since long before we were here & will go on changing long after we're gone.

Most politicians could't run a chook raffle in their local suburbs let alone do anything as substantial as all working together all over the world to alter something as significant & complicated as the world's climate, which isn't even fully understood yet & probably never will be.

What I find even more amusing is the majority of the sheeple unquestioningly believe them.
Carrying on as I am.

Pollution is a problem though, and there is no point polluting the planet.

If there is a better way, then there is a better way. Cars are polluting, electric and hydrogen and solar / electric cars are the future.

How ridiculous I appear?? you need to read some of the garbage you have written, I cannot believe in this day and age that you can't do a bit of research and find out what's going on in the real world.

Getting back to the main question that you don't appear to have an answer for...why would NASA lie about CO2, maybe it's those nasty oil companies, they must have paid NASA to lie, LOL. Get a grip!

well said by the UK Daily Mail:

"Last year The Mail on Sunday reported a stunning fact: that global warming had ‘paused’ for 16 years. The Met Office’s [UK Weather Service]own monthly figures showed there had been no statistically significant increase in the world’s temperature since 1997. We were vilified. One Green website in the US said our report was ‘utter bilge’ that had to be ‘exposed and attacked’. The Met Office issued a press release claiming it was misleading, before quietly admitting a few days later that it was true that the world had not got significantly warmer since 1997 after all. A Guardian columnist wondered how we could be ‘punished’.

...We all get things wrong, and by definition futurology is a risky business. But behind all this lies something much more pernicious than a revised decadal forecast. The problem is not the difficulty of predicting something as chaotic as the Earth’s climate, but the almost Stalinist way the Green Establishment tries to stifle dissent. There is, for example, the odious term ‘denier’. This is applied to anyone who questions the new orthodoxy about global warming. It doesn’t matter if one states that yes, CO2 does warm the planet, but the critical issues we need to address are how fast and how much: if one doesn’t anticipate catastrophe, one must be vilified, and equated with those who deny the Holocaust. Yet the real deniers are those who don’t just claim that the pause is insignificant, but that it doesn’t exist at all. Such deniers also still insist that the ‘science is settled’. The truth is that the unexpected pause has triggered a new spate of research, in which many supposed ‘consensus’ conclusions are being questioned."

CO2 doesn't warm the earth and there were no gas chambers.

If you pedaled an electricity-generating stationary bicycle, you would realize how much water has to flow over the dam or coal, oil or gas has to be burned to produce a bit of hydrogen.

Yeah, all the teabaggers need to 'sprout' & spout is a bit of water AND HOT AIR.

"0 orion"...... have you ever seen the 13th or 14th magnitude galaxy fairly near the trapezoid stars in the bright nebula of Orion, but nearly buried behind the Dark Molecular Clouds of Orion.

Possibly, can't remember for sure.
Orion is rising just on daylight here at the moment, be a month or two before it's up to a reasonable telescope observing height again.

Were you in one?

http://www.mansfieldnewsjournal.com/usatoday/...

The globe tied for its third-warmest May on record, according to data released today by the National Climatic Data Center. Only May 2010 and May 2012 were warmer.

May 1998 and May 2005 were equally warm.

Several regions around the world experienced record warmth in May, including parts of Siberia, Australia, northern and eastern Europe, northern Africa, northeastern China, the Philippines and northern South America, the climate center reported.

And your point is? The headline to that linked article said it was the THIRD warmest May on record, what has that got to do with multiple agencies NOW saying there hasn't been any global warming for the past 15 years. You still don't seem to be able to grasp that you have blindly accepted all this global warming garbage only to find out now that it's all crap. Just accept it and move on instead of trying to make out it's all someone elses fault.

Next you will be telling us that 'The science is settled' and other stupid warming freaks fairy tales. Looks like you need to be told again, DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH stop reading pro warming websites and swallowing it all, IT'S ALL BULLSHIT.

You have no valid point to make.

Read the links I posted to learn the science facts. Indeed the AGW is raging: "Overall, May marked the 339th consecutive month with a global temperature above the 20th-century average, according to the climate center." [National Climatic Data Center]

Medieval Warm Period was global - at least as warm as today
http://www.theregister.co.uk/2012/03/23/warm_...

Now before you go on the pre-recorded rant that I'm an advocate of oil companies, I'm not. In fact I'd like to see more being done to phase into renewable energy. However, this tax on CO2 has to be abolished because there is no evidence that CO2 creates global warming.

There have always been fires and floods in Australia, have people lost their minds? Why do people allow themselves to be brainwashed by the television, government and mainstream media?

The IPCC is hardly the opinion of mainstream scientists, it is the opinion of a special interests group tied to carbon trading schemes, of which Al Gore is a central participant.
