There is a ForeverLawn dealer coming to town. Their synthetic grass amazing, no more mowing, fertilizing, and no more watering! Does that qualify for a rebate?

You will have to water it to clean it; you'll have to use detergent as well. It will get amazingly hot so you'll want to water it just to cool it. The harm it will do to the soil culture underneath is reason enough to avoid using it. Real grass is a heat sink and a contributor to air quality. It absorbs 4 times as much CO2 as the mower emits to take care of it.
