it is very poor, miserable rescue action like it is typical for criminals and mass murderers from usa, britain according to golden rule of 3: slowly, badly, inneficiently.
and it is seen, how this Afghanistan was rebuilt by usa and britain and others criminal morons by using bilions from taxes.
