As a tourist who was stuck in the dank Superdome during Katrina and the levee failures and who was later smuggled out after 4 days to the Sports Arena and then the Hyatt where the Mayor was staying I'll be most interested in reading his perspective. As for divine intervention, I think if anything most of us thought that FEMA was the devil incarnate. ;-)

I wasn't aware Captain Chocolate City could read much less write. I am wondering in which chapter does this welfare state icon cover his many bribery and money laundering exploits? Did he forget those chapters? I guess he can write his follow up from his cell - he finally made it to the real chocolate city.
