FDA's mandate is to approve the use of consumers as free test subjects for Pharma's vaccines and pharmaceuticals. All side effects will be considered coincidences, caused by undisclosed/ underlying conditions or the victim's gene's. Back in the 1980's when vaccine caused autism began to inflict thousands of children and vaccine makers were being litigated out of business, they told governments they would stop making vaccines unless given protection from lawsuits. That's where the CDC and FDA work their magic form of protectionism while Big Pharma experiments on the populace.
