Yes, it is free. In the spirit of Halloween, the Victoria Parks and Recreation Department is hosting a Haunted Hayride from dusk to 10 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31. The Haunted Hayride begins at Riverside Stadium, 405 Memorial Drive in Riverside Park.
