On Thursday August 28th around 130pm at the 58th St beach a male body was floating in ankle deep water face down. Police, EMS, Good Samaritans and lifeguards tried to revive this person. I was there and witnessed this.
Nothing has been reported about this incident on local websites??

The man passed away from neck injuries on monday sept 1 sorry to say
