Our thoughts and sympathies are with our fellow Americans dealing with that tragedy… hopefully knowing that their President was there will help bring some solace and peace along with federal relief.

Obama was there to check to see if any golf courses had sustained damage. For the rah rah speech he gave, he could have just sent his teleprompter solo.

In particular, Bush criticized what he said was a “lack of crisp response” to Hurricane Katrina at “all levels of government,” saying that his initial decision to fly over New Orleans aboard Air Force One was a “huge mistake.”

The retarded low IQ mayor and quota driven female governor murdered people that day. When you have the real incompetence it shows. But Bush didn't do a flyby and he got the blame....fencewalkers.....know what will happen if a national disaster strikes. Many of the progressives will be running towards you and even hide behind you for protection. They are a true party of groups with much hate that is kept hidden. Gays going into black neighborhoods for survival if it comes to it! Just an example. Bwhahahhah!

What does this even mean? Do you know the definition of solstice? Please don't use big words like watermelon if you don't even know their definitions. You just look ridiculously illiterate. Thanks!

That said, it does help explain some of your posts and the defective thought processes you display in them. I don't believe you comprehend what you read most of the time - unless it comes from some right wing alarmist and talking points website. I don't know whether or not you're a hypocrite, but you certainly do twist facts into fiction to fit your agenda.

Who kills 53 million "babies". Are you trying to express how many abortions take place? You define baby and fetus interchangeably. A baby is capable of sustaining independent life outside the womb. By common definition, ba·by
ˈbāb&#27 5;/
noun
noun: baby; plural noun: babies

1.
a very young child, especially one newly or recently born.
"his wife's just had a baby"
synonyms: infant, newborn, child, tot, little one;
"a newborn baby"

Now, it will probably make you happy to know that the rate and numbers of abortions in America have declined. The next question I would have for you? You do support public assistance for poor women and children? Right? You oppose cuts to food assistance and public housing aid?

I really dislike hypocrites.

I say this because I don't want to stop abortions for women who feel that's the best option for them IF THEY make that choice. It's not my choice to make. I don't believe people should have children that they know up front they cannot afford and/or don't intend to support but instead plan on taxpayers paying to raise them. I'm very consistent. I'd prefer you don't do that, and I do know how hard it is to raise children alone. It's stressful, so hard financially, emotionally draining, and it's also the greatest reward in life to do that successfully and see them into adulthood.

Former President George W. Bush said he made a “huge mistake” in not stopping in Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina and in allowing photographers to take pictures of him looking at New Orleans as he flew over the city.

The image, taken on board Air Force One, made him look “detached and uncaring,” Bush said in an interview scheduled for broadcast on NBC next week in connection with the Nov. 9 release of the former president’s book,“Decision Points,” about his time in office.

“I should have touched down in Baton Rouge, met with the governor and walked out and said,‘I hear you. We understand. And we’re going to help the state and help the local governments with as much resources as needed,’” said Bush
