Hampton issues $670,314 tax refund after properties deemed wetlands

FYI: If you have RPA on your land it can not be taxed at full value!! That's the law in Virginia. The reason being is that if the land cannot be utilized to it's fullest capacity, i.e. development, it can not be taxed at full market value.
