I am assuming that these people who are now residing in Sudan must have left Ethiopia, due to political reason under the TPLF. It seems contradictory for them to do so. I believe it is a fake story walta of the TPLE would like to make us believe of having any sympathy for the very leadership that made them leave their country in the first place.
