Build more windmills now.
They will take energy from the cyclones so making
them weaker and produce electricity from this energy.
With more electricity we can burn less coal and produce less CO2 which caused the cyclone in the first place.
Get renewable .

If wind energy truly renewable, then they not need getting any weaker. If wind getting weaker, maybe it not so renewable!
