The barbaric Viets are laughing, and laughing hard to see Khmers suffer. With the dam from above, when they want to kill Khmers, just open the gate and the water just flows in to drown the people.

This tactic was used by the barbaric Viets. While the Khmers were digging water irrigation (similar to the Khmer Rouge era) down below, the barbaric Viets secretly opened the gate from above and the torrential force of water drowned the weakened Khmer men to death. The barbaric Viets laughed.

On top of that, the deforestation contributed to the extreme drought or extreme flood. This is what the barbaric Viets want to see. The barbaric Viets along with their puppets are destroying the nation and people.

You're no King! More like an idiot. Did you read the article at all? Do you even know a lot of the victims living along the waterway are Vietnamese Cambodian? We are not laughing at all. Victims are victims. May our thoughts are with all the victims & families.

Why don't you ask why the flood & drought happen quite often now? Global warming, human impact & especially the over-built hydropower dams! Who owns those?

In the wake of the tragedy, why don't you do something useful for Cambodia. Stop blaming, idiot!

Vietnam is part of the variables in the equation.

Your government warned Cambodians that the Vietnamese government would open the dam to relieve pressure. The water hit Cambodia. Your government cut millions of trees and destroyed jungles/forests and shipped high quality timber to Vietnam at gun point. Even today, your government is clearing jungle in Krahes for rubber plantation. The destruction of forest and the water dam contributed to the extreme conditions of either drought or heavy rains. Global warming only hits Southeast Asia and not globally?

I'm not blaming Vietnam. It's just that Vietnam never had good intention (and never will) for Cambodia or Laos from your Uncle Ho's dream.
