It amazes me that all these kids are running around without any type of supervision. Where are the parents? Oh, we're talking about Newark. Residents in this area should NOT have to tolerate the noise, riff raff, fighting, vandalism, theft, assaults, etc.... Need I say more?

I think the parents should be held accountable! If they were doing their job, we as residents, wouldn't be dealing with the nonsense. J/S
