Study??? And what exactly were they going to do with that information from the study???

All they have to do is look at the finished product including looking at the credits of each show/broadcast and look at what particular producers, anchors, editors etc are putting out.

"How" means they want to tell you how.

Not every news show can be a therapy session like msnbc produces.

Setting aside THE free speech issues along with search warrants for proprietary material including a network's production process this is from an organization that cannot even regulate what it is supposed to regulate. The FCC under regulated/rubber stamped things like the Comcast-NBC merger but wants to micro manage each news broadcast???

This is from a government organization infected with politics and political shenanigans(as usual). Ex FCC employees use their resume building time for corporate profit and not public good.

The FCC is an infected organization with an infected political culture so anyone who thinks they are out for the public are ignorant or fools.

Ask ex Alltel cellphone customers how they were treated after the "merger" or buyout from Verizon.

One must wonder since this organization is rubber stamping monopolistic mergers and deals especially during the current administration if the goal is not one big monopoly or government controlled propaganda machine like Russia's Cold War Pravda.
