Lifetime membership is bogus. What a laim duck statement for a claim. Pool fools agreed to arbitration on those grounds? Wow! talk about selling a frig to an eskimo, sic. How much did the lawyer rake? Wouldn't be surprised if it was 3 big ones. Ya 3 mill. Double Duh!

Bombardier is a different kettle of fish...what about that group lottery free ticket that was rolled over to the next big draw the following week? Its as good as the money $$$ right? Maybe, but here is the kicker....

Any pooling the following week, when lottery group interest is par for the course, is going to increae when the jackpot is maxed, and the pools are looking to better their odds of retirement. So, if this "updated" group (addition or subtraction of only one member) wins but one free ticket, elas, it would be connected to the previous group and perhaps the group before that if this practice of rolling over free tickets carrys on week after week. Groups would increase exponentially, and the odds in favour of winning haven't budged. The Bell 19 would be some crazy number, and with the winnings you'd get a nice online subscriptions to Metro magazine and a Tims card, or something for the effort.

If you not half bad at the math of crossing the street using traffic signals, Ancestry.com has made fistfulls of cash helping people find their gene pool using the same flowcharts, although in the other direction. I am doubtful users of that service have found a very very rich ancester. Nevertheless, somebodys gonna get screwed.

Suppose that the loyal trustworthy team captain, loses a group member that week to a vacation or a child birth, etc. no money no play right? If this group fails to sever ties before the draw date with those riding the free ticket bus, It gets complicated and very very legal (claimants coming forward), when these groups keep rolling over their free tickets- and its so darn easy to do, a no brainer in most's books. However, two or three weeks down the road, bingo a winner, and out of the woodwork come all rhose with a legit statement of claim to their portion of the winnings! Consecutive free ticket winners are not too uncommon, but who is counting in groups of 20-30 members?

Is your free ticket not the same as someones money, hell no, right? Free tickets are the same as a two for one sale, you buy one week and enjoy your winnings, and they are more valuable when there is no winner of a big lotto prize like the $50 million for the Bell 19.

Here is where it gets legal. Free ticket or no free ticket, you give money, I put your name on a list to be certified before the draw. If I know your free ticket is as good as money, why must I say no you can't join? If you are able to prove no connection to a group with that free ticket, it would be viola, your in, right? Unfortunately, we can't have it both ways. Gaming odds are better in groups, but there are strings attached.

People's mentailies are unique, they don't mind blowing serious coin on a lawyer when they win some money, because they play thinking they won't win and would rather pay large to have someone clean up their mess for them. Sic.

I couldn't believe that it took a long time to settle the dispute over this $50 million...But of course since the amount is really huge, it really took that long to investigate everything...
