'700 people use the mobile libraries'- per week/month/year?
We had one call in our village, three people were regulars....at what cost?
In these days of Kindle & internet access all over the place, these expensive bits of kit are a luxury & a cost that local authorities can well do without - there are other ways; time to think outside the box..........
