Who the hell cares? At least they have a home to go to. Think of all the homeless people who are freezing who don't have a warm place to go.

Our tax money suppose to help with problems like this. In the summer they were burning up without air but when team mingo got who they wanted in they repaired it. Now they need heat well the other except carter won't be there long so hopefully they can get it solved. As for carter he is and always will be a yes man. He was for the BOE and he is here. Need new younger people in the office

Why don't they down size or contact Gayle Manchin @ the state dept. of ed. and ask her to take the advice of the Independent audit and STOP adding the luxurious suites and to help Mingo co. with heating/cooling problems.

Thanks. I DID read before posting. I saw a comment re: BOE. Just a mere suggestion.
I'm sure with all the EMPTY offices there could be some sort of realigning/ merger instead of so much duplication. I honestly am not trying to sound mean spirited however; there are too
many govt. jobs in EVERY county in WV. Heck the entire nation.......
There has to be enough HOT air to keep those "elected or selected " officers nice and toasty.
