I hate these kind of parasites exposing themselves. What pathetic losers. Find them, lock them in general population and watch them get what they deserve.

Maybe they were studying an anatomy text and they were reviewing with each other.

Rather than let these guys roam around, why doesn't the city create "pervert parks" where they can congregate and do their "hog flappin'" away from normal folks. It seems like we can't make them go away so lets know where they are. It would be much easier for the cops to monitor as well. This way the perverts would have a place to go for outlets for their filthy inclinations and leave the rest of us alone. It would also free up places like roadside rest stops and Berliner Park for decent people to use. Call me crazy but I think this would work.

You just don't get it, do ya? It's ok. It's not an easy subject to just "get".

Exhibitionist's these days just don't challenge themselves nearly enough! If they really want to "undress to impress" the public, they should go down to police headquarters and try that! Now that would be stimulating, to say the least! The library? Borrrrrring!

While perverts are always upsetting, somehow this seems more so to me because it's taking place in libraries - people bring their kids there, for Pete's sake! It's supposed to be a place of learning. Of course I can't say where a *good* place to expose yourself would be, but it sickens me that they'd be using places where you're almost guaranteed to have at least several children present.

I believe that at the Main Library, adults are not allowed to loiter in the kids area unless they are there specifically to supervise a young child. I know this is the case in some west side libraries. While it's a shame that these measures need to be taken, I'm glad the libraries are taking these incidents seriously and acting to keep the kids safe.

Another prime example of this is Helsel Park on Hamilton Road in the Eastland Mall area. There are always cars parked way back in the park. Another "Lollipop Park", perhaps? It's time to get rid of the trash from areas designated as playgrounds for children. Sick b*st*rd perverts. My suggestion is people living in the area organize a block watch, be the eyes and ears for law enforcement by taking turns patrolling the park; steps are needed now to take the trash out of their neighborhood community like a Westside block watch is doing. Hip, hip hooray to the Westside block watch for cleaning up their neighborhood and making it a decent place to live. Time to start cleaning all parts of this city up or the decent folks who've had enough will be moving out to a more decent community. If this happens, all you'll be stuck with is gangs, thieves, street walkers and perverts.

Probably just some Grove City police officers wanting to retire with full benefits. After all it worked out just fine the last time, didn't it?

Sad story, but the answer is truly for people to be watchful of their surroundings and to look at each other. Yes, eyes away from the iPods and cell phones. Watch out for lewdness, and look for postive neighborliness, too. Goodness is out there...it helps if more people believe they are there to be part of the community.

Three posts in a row and nothing to say. That must be a new record! All talk and no walk. Nothing must equal reality in your world. Sure looks like it.
