St. Paul: Library boosters want city to add $1M to collections budget
The Friends of the St. Paul Public Library are asking city officials to dedicate an additional $1 million to books, e-books, databases, videos and other collections materials throughout the St. Paul library system.

Of course they do, it doesn't come out of their pockets.
I'd like them to spend $1 fixing up the street I live on.
