Not sure. But their cost of retirement living at Pattaya Soi 6 must be cheaper, with the mobsters from Pattaya Soi 6 running the area.

Those powdered cocaine dope houses with backyard beergardens and their jack terrier dog theft rackets must not be doing so well.

When Officer 480 is ordered to go to pick up gormet meals from a restaurant, owned by city emplyees, for prisoners in the city jail 3 times a day,
and Officer 490 is ordered to assist in picking up those gormet meals, at a cost of $40-50 per meal/per prisoner, and
the prisoners are only served a slice of cheese on bread and a juice, but charging taxpayers $40-50 for this service,
is that concidered federal racketeering crimes?

I never hear of any other city offering restaurant mealls to prisoners in their city jails.

Usually the federal government is arresting city their employees for racketeering,
and never leave their job or get convicted of federal raceteering.

Isnt also this 'restaurant meals for prisoners' racketeering crime funding their retirements?

I heard awile back the fire marshall was making very good money with fire insurance jobs,
but the city mobsters often rotate police chiefs and fire marshalls to avoid radar.

Quite interesting how Kwame Kilpatrick get 40 years, and these khazar gypsy mobsters in the suburbs get all this tax-free kenite merchant businesses and funnel tax payer money through laundered rackets.

Nightly heroin overdose deaths out there as well, from these khazar gypsys vice lords running the city vice rackets, so is that black market enterprise also helping the retirement funding for the mob enforcers?

I look forward to seeing a clean audit of their city funds, but they'd probabally torch all the books like Nino Brown shutting down the Westchester Carter

They sure do have a tolerance for convicted child rapists on parole there. I'm guessing if you dont give these mobsters the millage, they will do some Nevaeh Buchannan beer can burial on their targets.
