Library finds come from the City General fund which is being devirted to the police which already get tax money..

If you want this then , Lay off some police to pay for it. Sell off their motorcycles and take away their TAXPAYERS Credit Card.

Plug the City leak.
Reduce the police to pay for something you really need.

Time to wake up and put a stop to Hendersons spending in th wrong direction. You don't need all those police.
